Thank you for participating in KLN’s FY2023 Internal Controls Questionnaire ("ICQ").

The objectives of this ICQ exercise are to:

Comply with the Hong Kong Listing Rule Appendix 14 Code Provision D.2.1 and D2.2 requirements of reviewing the effectiveness of KLN’s risk management and internal controls system;
Facilitate KLN Headquarters, Regional Offices, and Local Subsidiaries to perform annual self-assessments on both entity-level and/ or process-level internal controls;
Allow business units to identify internal control deficiencies or irregularities of their key business processes for continuous improvement; and
Solicit valuable input from the respondents on KLN's control environment for stronger governance.
